Speaker Submission Timeline:
This timeline provides a clear outline of the submission process, selection criteria, and important dates leading up to the 2024 Doodle Summit.
Submission Deadline: April 20, 2024
- Presenters are invited to submit their proposals for presentations at the 2024 Doodle Summit. Proposals should include the presentation title, summary, and the presenter's bio/background.
Presenter Selection Process: April 21 - April 30, 2024
- Our team carefully reviews all submitted proposals to select the most compelling and relevant presentations that align with the summit's theme, "Inner Spark."
Presenters Announced: May 1, 2024
- Selected presenters will be notified of their acceptance to the summit. Announcements will be made via email and posted on our website and social media platforms.
Preparation Phase: May 1 - July 18, 2024:
- Accepted presenters will have the opportunity to refine their presentations and prepare any necessary materials.
Tech Check: July 19, 2024
- All presenters are required to participate in a tech check session to ensure smooth technical operations and address any potential issues prior to the event.
Event Dates: July 26-27, 2024
- The 2024 Doodle Summit takes place over two inspiring days filled with presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities centered around the power of doodling.
